So, recently I have faced wanting to accelerate through so many goals in personal habit changes, amnd in building Routes Connected Collective as a brand. It is a problem many face, but we need to understand why we do it, and how to slow ourselves down! I am presently struggling with having moved too fast to accomplish many things at once, and it burnt me out. I was falling into unhealthy habits personally, and it cost me overall. When you move too fast, you'll feel the burn out hit you too hard. You'll feel unaccomplished, resort to temporarily making yourself feel better, but all at the cost of sleep, mental, and physical health. For me, I realized that when I was getting bad acid reflux, losing sleep, being burnt out and never wanting to use half my potential at work.
